Midfielder Ruairi Harkin joins Cliftonville from Coleraine
Cliftonville have signed midfielder Ruairi Harkin from Irish Premiership rivals Coleraine.
The 26-year-old passed a medical on Monday evening before training with his new team-mates at Solitude.
Harkin, who was on Charlton Athletic's books as a teenager, joined Coleraine in 2012 from League of Ireland club Derry City.
Cliftonville, fourth in the Premiership last season, kick off the season away to newly-promoted Ards on Saturday.
Harkin's move to north Belfast will see him team up again with Cliftonville striker David McDaid who also lists Derry and Coleraine among his former clubs.
