The New Saints 2-1 Bangor City: Holders New Saints required extra-time to beat Bangor City and book their spot in the semi-finals. Guilsfield Utd 0-3 Bala Town: Goals from Ryan Wade, Chris Venables and John Irving secured Bala's place in the semi-finals for the first time since 2014 with a 3-0 win at Cymru Alliance side Guilsfield.

Prestatyn Town 2-2 Gap Connah's Quay (AET - Connah's Quay won 4-3 on penalties): Alec Williams gave 2013 winners Prestatyn of the Cymru Alliance a sixth minute lead before Ben Maher doubled the home side's advantage three minutes before the break.
