F1 drivers on Bahrain situation

Force India's Paul Di Resta admits that Formula 1's presence in Bahrain is "difficult" for the drivers, with team-mate Nico Hulkenberg believing the situation is "a bit rough".

Four Force India mechanics were caught up in a petrol bomb incident and two have subsequently asked to be sent home, but Di Resta states they are "here to race" and must trust the safety advice they have been given by the FIA.

Ferrari's Felipe Massa is comfortable with the event taking place, stating "we came here for the sport", while Lotus driver Romain Grosjean says "we cannot ignore the situation, but we are sportsmen - not politicians".
