So proud to break record - Hamilton

Lewis Hamilton says he "felt so proud" to break the British record for career wins in Formula 1 after he took the chequered flag at the United States GP in Austin, Texas.

It was Hamilton's fifth victory in succession, 10th of the season, and the 32nd of his career. This means he now has more career wins than any other Briton, passing Nigel Mansell and equalling the tally of his great rival Fernando Alonso.

Hamilton passed Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg on lap 24, as the German struggled to find his "rhythm" until late in the race.
