MacRory Cup: Holders Cavan in line for Dungannon rematch

St Patrick's, Cavan, lift beat St Patrick's Academy of Dungannon in the 2015 MacRory Cup final.

MacRory Cup holders St Patrick's Cavan are in line to face St Patrick's Dungannon in this year's quarter-finals in a repeat of last season's final.

The Cavan school will set up a meeting with Dungannon if they beat St Mary's Magherafelt in their play-off game.

St Colman's Newry will take on either St Macartan's Monaghan or St Ronan's Lurgan in the last eight.

Omagh CBS face St Pat's Maghera or Abbey CBS with St Michael Enniskillen v St Pat's Armagh or St Paul's Bessbrook.

Dates for the four play-off games and the quarter-finals have yet be decided.

St Pat's Cavan clinched their first MacRory title in 43 years last March when they beat the Dungannon school 2-12 to 0-8.
