Golfers defend race-row caddie

Adam Scott and Graeme McDowell come to the defence of Steve Williams, after the caddie apologises for comments about his ex-boss Tiger Woods that could be "construed as racist".
Williams, sacked by Woods in July, made the comments at an awards dinner in China, scene of Shanghai's WGC Champions tournament.
Australian Adam Scott, who Williams now carries for, believes the bagman's words were taken out of context and vows to stick with him, while Graeme McDowell suggests the caddy was "trying to be funny".
