BBC Sport - First Good Friday racing from Lingfield Park and Musselburgh

History made at Good Friday races

Joe Wilson reports from Lingfield Park in Surrey on an historic day as horse racing takes place in Britain for the first time on Good Friday.

Organisers believe that breaking with tradition is vital in order to bring modern audiences to the races.

Track officials expect a crowd of over 7,000, with the other day's race at Musselburgh set to welcome 4,000 race goers.
