The British Horseracing Authority will continue to probe former Scottish Grand National-winning jockey Richie McGrath on charges of breaching betting rules.

McGrath, ex-trainer Kate Walton and five others were charged with breaching betting rules in September last year.

Walton and four others were cleared of the charges on Monday.

But the BHA have confirmed they have scheduled a hearing for McGrath and Mark Aspey on 23 March regarding races between October 2009 and July 2012.
