Nottingham Panthers hit back to beat Cardiff Devils

Nottingham Panthers

Nottingham Panthers bounced back from Saturday's home defeat against Cardiff Devils with a resounding 4-1 away win in Sunday's return Elite League match.

Brandon Benedict scored in the first period as the teams swapped powerplay goals, and Nottingham took control in the final session.

David-Alexandre Beauregard found the net with ten minutes left and Matthew Myers scored twice to seal the points.

Nottingham are second in the table, three points behind leaders Belfast.

But the Panthers have played a game more.
