Goodbye

So, Celtic extend their lead at the top of the table to six points as Leigh Griffiths fires a double in the win over Inverness CT.

Dundee United narrow the gap on Kilmarnock and Partick Thistle to 11 points as Mixu's men battle to beat the drop.

Ross County leave it late beat Hamilton - as do St Johnstone against Motherwell - and Lee Clark's first game in charge at Kilmarnock ends in a goalless draw against Dundee.

Thanks for your company today. Highlights of all the games will be available on our website at 18:00 on Sunday.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend. Cheers.

Dundee United 2-1 Hearts

We didn't deserve to lose the game and got a man sent off, a shocking decision by the referee. I have no idea what he's thinking about. The player goes in and plays the ball and, for some reason, gives him a second yellow card. Fair play to Dundee United, they got a good goal. But if the referee referees it properly, and doesn't give the second yellow card to Jordan McGhee, then I think we've enough to win the game."

Dundee United 2-1 Hearts

Today's performance was excellent against a strong, very quick Hearts side. The way we played, especially in the first half, was really pleasing. We got a wonderful winner in the end and three points. It [battle to avoid relegation] is a long road. We believe in it but we just concentrate on our next task..."

I'm frustrated but I can't ask any more of my boys. I felt at times we beat ourselves. We had one or two really good chances but it's all about taking your chances. You don't get many of them when you come to Parkhead..."

Ronny has got quite a young team and they will blow hot and cold. It's only natural but as long as they keep going they will win a lot more than they'll lose. Tic fans appreciate that Ronny will give the young bhoys a chance.

Allan-Christie-Roberts worthy of a start for Celtic. Armstrong-Johansen-Mackay-Steven (despite his goal) don't convince.ICT fatally wasteful

Celtic 3-0 Inverness CT

We struggled in the first half and played too much sideways. Credit to Inverness. We started better in the second half, playing balls in behind them and taking chances. Today we were more effective [in taking chances] We knew it was going to be tough against Inverness; they're a good team. It's about believing and doing the things we do in training every day. We got more energy from the whole team at 1-0 - it's very positive to have players to come on and make a difference. It's way too many games to talk about the title..."

People accuse Aberdeen of only raising their game against the Old Firm. Maybe you could say the same about Inverness CT only raising their game against the Dons.

Paul Or Nothing

Dundee United 2-1 Hearts

What. A. Goal. Paul Paton fires a 25-yard howitzer to surely secure a precious three points for relegation-threatened Dundee United.

Mixu Paatelainen would be forgiven a wee Gangnam Style dance in the technical area.

Watching the score feed. United lose a goal to 10 men then GMS scores for Celtic. Our problems in a nutshell. Thompson and McNamara's greed is getting us relegated.

CLOSE! St Johnstone 1-1 Motherwell

What a chance for Liam Craig to put St Johnstone ahead. The cross from the right evades the defence and Craig is free at the edge of the six-yard box, but he side-foots the ball inches wide!

Is Lee Clark's first game in charge of Kilmarnock destined to end in a goalless draw?

CLOSE! Dundee United 1-1 Hearts

Agonisingly close to a second goal for Dundee United! Ryan Dow breaks away down the inside right channel, lobs Neil Alexander, but the ball bounces in the goalmouth and over the crossbar!

CLOSE! St Johnstone 1-1 Motherwell

Great chance for St Johnstone substitute Graham Cummins who nips ahead of his marker and nods the ball towards the far post, but it bounces agonisingly wide. With a little over 15 minutes to go this is anyone's to win.

"You don't take your chances, you get suckered. Not long after almost being culpable in an Inverness goal, Gary Mackay-Steven scores and Leigh Griffiths also nets. Unfair on Inverness but they've had three or four good chances and they've butchered them."
