Close of play

That is it for this week, with new leaders Ards looking down their 11 Premiership rivals.

Next weekend the fixtures are split - three on Friday night and the other three on Saturday afternoon.

All the goals will be on the BBC Sport NI website later tonight and look out for the Irish League Show with Joel Taggart and Chris Morgan on the iPlayer on Monday evening.

What they said

Carrick Rangers 3-3 Ballinamallard Utd

We are all disappointed to have dropped points, we are conceding to many late goals. After being 3-1 up this is definitely a case of points dropped. We have to work on seeing games out.

Gareth McKeownCarrick Rangers defender

Linfield thoroughly deserved their victory and it just wasn't good enough from us. I am really sorry for the good crowd of supporters who came down. I can tell them it won't happen again - that is for sure.

What they said

Linfield 4-0 Glenavon

We are not getting carried away with one result. I am here for the long haul. We have not won trophies for a couple of years and people talk about that. I could still add to the squad before the transfer window closes.

David HealyLinfield manager

What they said

Coleraine 1-1 Crusaders

I think both teams cancelled each other out a bit. We got an early goal and should have built on that but Coleraine grew into the game and got a few frees around the edge of the box. They had one deflected in and we chased the game in the last 20-25 minutes. We left ourselves open and Sean made a great save from Darren McAuley.
