FULL-TIME

West Ham 1-0 Hull

A sickener for Hull but West Ham won't care one bit. They move five points clear of danger at Christmas as Hull are left to reflect on what might have been.

Hull also slip to the bottom of the pile after Sunderland's win over Watford.

Beyond harsh on the Tigers.

West Ham 1-0 Hull

Four minutes added.

West Ham 1-0 Hull

More unconvincing play by West Ham at the back and Hull are through again.

Snodgrass finds Maguire - who could have had two or three today - but the centre-back's shot is straight at Randolph.

West Ham 1-0 Hull

A great challenge by Sam Clucas prevents West Ham going 2-0 up. Antonio burst through but the Hull midfielder tracked back superbly to make a block.

YELLOW CARD

West Ham 1-0 Hull

Marcus Henriksen goes into the book for a clumsy challenge on Dimiti Payet 20 yards out.

Payet to take but Marshall saves.

West Ham 1-0 Hull

Huddlestone trips Antonio and Payet lines up a free-kick - miles over.

Garth Crooks

Former Spurs striker on Final Score

I think it is a penalty. There is no need for Huddlestone to do it.

Former Leicester and Man Utd forward on Final Score

There is minimal contact. I don't think Huddlestone has done much wrong.

It is soft.

GOAL

Mark Noble (pen)

Hull will be absolutely sick about this one.

Noble steps up and sends Marshall the wrong way from the spot.

A gift for the hosts. Can they see it out and claim three barely deserved points?

PENALTY to West Ham

West Ham 0-0 Hull

This is a soft one.

Huddlestone adjudged to have pulled down Antonio in the area but the contact was minimal.

Mark Noble to take it.

YELLOW CARD

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Michael Dawson crudely halts Michail Antonio's burst forward and gets booked for his trouble.

SUBSTITUTION

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Hull boss Mike Phelan makes some changes.

Adama Diomande is on for Dieumerci Mbokani and Markus Henriksen replaces Jake Livermore.

A Norwegian double whammy.

CLOSE!

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Robert Snodgrass the latest to go close for Hull. The ball breaks to him on the edge of the area - again after Hull made good progress down the left - but his shot dips just over.

OFF THE LINE

West Ham 0-0 Hull

No, not an error, etc...

We've had another one off the line. This time at the other end as Maguire sees his header cleared by Edimilson Fernandes.

This is utterly breathless stuff.

OFF THE LINE

West Ham 0-0 Hull

West Ham so very nearly punish Hull for those missed chances as Andre Ayew sees his header cleared off the line by Andrew Robertson.

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Angelo Ogbonna sees a shot deflected wide as West Ham push to go ahead. Corner to the hosts.

HITS THE WOODWORK

West Ham 0-0 Hull

No, this is not an error. Hull have hit the post AGAIN.

They get joy down the left and Robertson bursts through from full-back to lash a superb effort beyond Randolph, but against the right-hand post.

This is not Hull's day.

West Ham rocking but somehow surviving.

HITS THE WOODWORK

West Ham 0-0 Hull

West Ham captain Mark Noble heads against his own post as he tries to clear Andrew Robertson's cross.

Darren Randolph was not getting anywhere near that. Big, big escape.

West Ham 0-0 Hull

West Ham are looking brighter here. They're first to more balls and putting pressure on the Hull players. They force a corner but Hull scramble it clear.

Within moments Hull have a corner of their own. This could go either way.

West Ham 0-0 Hull

West Ham have made those changes but as yet it's 'as you were' for the home side. Still no creativity and Hull look the more threatening.

KICK-OFF

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Straight away an attacking Hull free-kick. Snodgrass takes but West Ham clear.

SUBSTITUTION

Slaven Bilic is blinking early here. Two changes at half-time by the Hammers boss.

On come Andre Ayew and Edimilson Fernandes for Manuel Lanzini and Pedro Obiang.

HALF-TIME

West Ham 0-0 Hull

A half Hull ultimately dominated comes to a close.

West Ham started well but seemed to fall apart as time went on, unable to retain possession and mount meaningful attacks.

Hull do not look like a side bidding to avoid a seventh straight away defeat, and West Ham do not look like a side trying to open up a seven-point gap to the relegation zone.

An intriguing second half awaits.

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Three minutes added. Slaven Bilic will desperately want to get his West Ham players in for some stern words I suspect.

West Ham 0-0 Hull

As if to underline that previous point, West Ham again look at sixes and sevens at the back as Hull attack and Pedro Obiang nearly puts the ball into his own net as he tries to clear the danger.

West Ham 0-0 Hull

West Ham don't look happy at all out here. They're loose in possession and yet again some untidy play results in a half-chance for Hull, this time Jake Livermore taking aim from the edge of the area but he sliced it badly.

West Ham 0-0 Hull

And yet again Hull go close, Harry Maguire firing in a low shot this time that needed Darren Randolph to get down to make the save.

Hull have had seven shots to West Ham's five so far.

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Hull certainly appear a threat with Mbokani in the team but the DR Congo striker needs to get his shooting boots on today.

Another chance falls his way that he controls well on his chest but then blazes high and wide.

YELLOW CARD

West Ham's Pedro Obiang goes in late on Sam Clucas and the caution tally moves to 1-1.

YELLOW CARD

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Hull's Jake Livermore is the first name in Lee Mason's book this afternoon.

He put a bit of a high boot in on Andy Carroll.

Free-kick to West Ham in Dimitri Payet territory, but it's straight at David Marshall and the Hull goalkeeper saves easily.

Manuel Lanzini is down getting some treatment after a tussle with Harry Maguire. Looks like a blow to his flank.

West Ham 0-0 Hull

The natives are getting restless inside the London Stadium.

West Ham fans have not always enjoyed what they've seen at their new home this season and they are certainly not happy at seeing Hull enjoy the better of this first half.

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Garth Crooks

Former Spurs striker on Final Score

That is indicative of West Ham in this stadium.

It is a nervous West Ham, they're on edge.

I don't know what Slaven Bilic is going to do about this. He has to tell them to get the ball down and play.

GREAT SAVE!

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Another chance for Hull. The visitors have been very impressive for the past 10 minutes or so.

It was Robert Snodgrass' corner that created the opening for centre-back Harry Maguire to thunder a header towards the left corner but Darren Randolph got across to make a flying save.

HITS THE WOODWORK

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Mbokani hits the post for Hull after a terrible error at the back by West Ham left-back Aaron Cressell, who under hit his back-pass to Darren Randloph.

The striker had a clear run at goal and really had to hit the target. Instead the ball struck the inside of the right-hand post and came back across the face of goal and away.

Those are the chances you simply have to put away when you're in Hull's position.

CLOSE!

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Hull threaten again. Mbokani, who has looked bright on his return from suspension, ran at the West Ham defence and pulled an step-over or two before drilling low from around 20 yards. Just wide.

West Ham 0-0 Hull

Another half-chance for Hull. Mbokani lofted the ball into the area for Tigers top scorer Robert Snodgrass to latch on to but the midfielder doesn't connect well with his shot.
