Right, that's all from me. Thanks for your company. See you later!
- Alvaro Morato scores a hattrick
- Leganes hosting Real Madrid for the first time
- Barcelona beat Sevilla to temporarily go top
- Suarez and Messi on the scoresheet
- Updates from Italy and France
Almost time for me to wrap up. I promised I would do a first XI of the best one-club players and, after careful consideration, I think we can all agree this is it:
And that's it. Real Madrid return to the top of La Liga.
Into the first of three minutes added on. It looks like the gamble to rest players has paid off for Zinedine Zidane, although Leganes did give him a scare or two.
What does Lucas Vazquez have to do to get a goal tonight?
He capitalises on a mistake by the Leganes goalkeeper, lifts the ball over one defender, flicks it past another but then his shot is saved.
The Coppa Italia semi-final has finished and it Juventus who go through to the final, where they will meet Lazio.
Napoli won the game 3-2 on the night but Juventus progress on aggregate after winning the first leg 3-1.
Final change for Real Madrid as Mateo Kovacic is replaced by Luka Modric for the final 10 minutes.
Ooooh, Luciano is not far off making things interesting for the closing stages. He bulldozes his way through the defence before lashing a shot at goal, but sends it wide.
Alavaro Morato's work is done. The striker has the matchball after his hat-trick and Zinedine Zidane decides to take him off. He's replaced by Mariano Diaz for the closing stages.
First change for Real Madrid and it is Isco coming on. He's replacing James Rodriguez who scored the opener but did little after that and he goes off looking a little disappointed with his performance.
Marcelo gets a foot in the way of Samu Garcia's cross to take the sting out of it and it loops into Keylor Navas' hands.
Zinedine Zidane is talking to Isco on the edge of the pitch, so it looks like he'll be on shortly.
Real Madrid have a two-goal cushion and Zinedine Zidane doesn't feel any need to turn to his bench just yet. There's some big names there - Karim Benzema, Luka Modric - so good options should things become uncomfortable.
Leganes keep up the pressure. One goal now for the hosts would make for a very interesting final half hour.
Leganes have not let their heads drop. They are really giving Real Madrid a hard time and are having chances as Gabriel puts a free-kick over the bar.
An attacking change for Leganes as defender Tito is replaced by forward Samu Garcia. The hosts are going all in.
Real Madrid have started this half like they did the first and go close to a fourth but Lucas Vazquez's shot is deflected behind for a corner.
James Rodriguez whips the free kick in the area, Alvaro Morata flicks it on and the ball deflects off the unfortunate Martin Mantovani and the Leganes skipper heads into his own net.
Real Madrid restore their two goal cushion.
Marco Asensio, who has been excellent in this game, does a Leganes defender with some neat skill and Real have a free kick on the edge of the area.
Back under way.
Meanwhile, what a game in Naples.
Juventus were 1-0 ahead at half time but it is now 3-2 to Napoli. Juventus are still going through 5-3 on aggregate but Napoli are giving it a real go.
Just five minutes left in that one.
Real Madrid are going back top as it stands but they can't take it as easy as they would have perhaps liked in this second half. From 3-0 up to 3-2, they've got work to do to see off tenacious Leganes.
John McEnerny: Different faces same old Real making hard work of it for themselves!
What a half of football!
Unai Bustinza shoots from 35 yards and it's a decent strike, but Keylor Navas has plenty of time to position himself for the save.
Still, Leganes are playing well here.
Superb save by Iago Herrerin. The Leganes goalkeeper somehow gets a hand to Lucas Vazquez's well-stuck effort.
Moments later, Herrerin then denies Danilo's effort from the edge of the box, although this one was right at him.
It's a carnival atmosphere now with drums being banged and horns being blown. Suddenly. Leganes are in the ascendancy. Could they get an equaliser before the break? What a story that would be.
Suddenly the deficit is down to one as Real Madrid go to sleep for a corner.
The ball is sent in and Real defender Sergio Ramos heads it down towards his own post where Luciano nips in to fire home.
The home fans go wild. Game on!
What am I seeing!!??
That's something for the home fans to celebrate as Leganes bag against Real Madrid.
It's a nice finish as Rico picks up a long ball down the left and gets into the box before cutting it back for Gabriel poke in.
"Gabriel! Gabriel! Gabriel!" chants the PA announcer. They are making the most of that one.
Parth Mehta: Speaking of Euro footy.. Raul for Real Madrid surely a great 1 club player..
Chance for Leganes as Tito finds himself with the ball unmarked on the edge of the area but he rushes his shot and sends it well over.
Zinidine Zidane's decision to play the Real Madrid youngsters has paid off. This could have been a banana skin for Real given how up for it Leganes were but three quick goals have put any thoughts of an upset to bed.
Real Madrid are in danger of racking up a big score here as they add a third through Alvaro Morata. Mateo Kovacic picks Morata out on the edge of the area and the forward drives into the top corner.
Oh dear, this could get really bad for Leganes...
It's hard to see a way back for Leganes now and those two quick goals have certainly subdued the buoyant mood in the stadium.
Leganes are still recovering from that Real Madrid opener when the visitors grab a second.
Nacho heads on a corner towards the far post where Alvaro Morata is on hand to loop a header over the keeper and just under the bar.
A quickfire second for Real Madrid!
