Live Reporting

By Caroline Chapman

All times stated are UK

That's all from Sunday's pre-season friendlies. Don't forget England Women are in action in Euro 2017 in their quarter-final against France.

You can follow live coverage here.

Valerenga 0-3 Manchester United

Jose Mourinho's conclude their pre-season tour against Sampdoria.

And of course the two sides will meet on Wednesday in sunny....erm....Dublin.

Valerenga 0-3 Manchester United

That's it. Man United make it five wins out of six in pre-season, with one still to play.

Valerenga 0-3 Manchester United

A bellowing voice comes over the tannoy to announce how much injury time will be played.

Not a clue what the big man's said - my Norwegian is pretty non-existent - but it won't be much added on.

Valerenga 0-3 Manchester United

Aron Donnum is trying to find some action on the left flank, but he's not getting very far as he's got little support around him from his Valerenga team-mates.

He tries to cut inside but goes down holding his face after coming together with Victor Lindelof. The referee ignores any shouts of a foul.

Valerenga 0-3 Manchester United

After a brief period of "UNITED" chanting, it's gone deathly quiet again.

The visitors continue in third gear, cruising along to victory.

Valerenga 0-3 Manchester United

Romelu Lukaku puts substitute goalkeeper Marcus Sandberg under a bit of pressure and the Valerenga player fluffs his clearance - it lands in the path of Scott McTominay.

The Lancaster-born midfielder tries to slot home but Jonatan Tollas gets his body in the way.

Valerenga 0-3 Manchester United

Abdisalam Ibrahim has landed a couple of scathing challenges since coming on for the hosts and his latest one on McTominay has earned him a yellow card.

Valerenga 0-3 Manchester United

Romelu Lukaku turns...and's wide!

It's one-way traffic now and it's all about Man United.

GOAL - Valerenga 0-3 Manchester United

Scott McTominay (70 mins)

A lovely, lovely goal from the United youngster!

McTominay out-muscles the number 90 Benjamin Gleditsch, who has had a torrid time since he's come on, and he lofts the ball into the back of the net after a neat turn.

It's his first senior goal for the club.

Valerenga 0-2 Manchester United

It's very quiet again in Oslo.

Valerenga have possession in midfield but they just can't do anything with it. United are forcing them back.

Valerenga 0-2 Manchester United

A small child wearing the number 90 (yes ninety, nine zero) shirt has come on for the hosts.

Is he a competition winner? No, it's defender Benjamin Gleditsch. Apparently he's 21 years old but I'm having none of that.

Valerenga 0-2 Manchester United

The first real chance for Valerenga in front of goal.

Ghayas Zahid receives a lovely ball in from the right but as he tries to sweep home, his effort goes over the bar.

He's livid about getting it so wrong.

Valerenga 0-2 Manchester United

We now have a completely new line-up for Man United.

Paul Pogba and Sergio Romero make way for Scott McTominay and Joel Pereira.

Valerenga 0-2 Manchester United

The crowd ooh and ahhh as Paul Pogba showboats with a twist and turn in the middle of the field.

Anthony Martial then makes a brilliant run into the box, but the Valerenga defence clear.

Andreas Pereira then picks up a yellow card for a late tackle.

Valerenga 0-2 Manchester United

United have confirmed they've made nine changes at break.

Captain Paul Pogba and goalkeeper Sergio Romero are the only players who have remained on the field for the second half.

Valerenga 0-2 Manchester United

Man United earn a corner after some good work from Anthony Martial.

Pereira sends it in and tries to find Lukaku, but this time it comes to nothing.

GOAL - Valerenga 0-2 Manchester United

Romelu Lukaku (47 mins)

That was quick...

Romelu Lukaku gets up and nods home from an Andreas Pereira corner. The Valerenga defence was non-existent, but it was a well executed header.

Valerenga 0-1 Manchester United

There's been loads of changes at half-time. We'll try and list them all once we've worked out who's gone where.

We know Paul Pogba has the captain's armband, and Romelu Lukaku is also on the field.

Off we go for the second half!

Lacazette nets

Arsenal 1-2 Sevilla

Alexandre Lacazette, Arsenal's big-money summer signing from Lyon, got off the mark on home soil against Sevilla.

However, the Frenchman did limp off in the second half, with what looked like a leg injury. Hopefully we'll hear from manager Arsene Wenger later on and find out if it was just a dead leg or something more sinister.

Arsenal win the Emirates Cup

Arsenal 1-2 Sevilla

In case you missed it earlier, Arsenal lifted the Emirates Cup on home soil - despite losing 2-1 against Sevilla.

The weird rules in the four-team competition mean Arsenal take the trophy despite the Spanish side winning both their matches.

The Gunners put five past Benfica on Saturday, so they finish top of the group on goals scored.

Matic heading to Manchester

We've got some United transfer news for you.

The club are close to signing Serbia midfielder Nemanja Matic from Chelsea.

The fee will reportedly be in the region of £40m.

Matic, 28, would be the Old Trafford club's third summer signing after the arrival of £31m defender Victor Lindelof from Benfica and £75m striker Romelu Lukaku from Everton.

Nemanja Matic to @ManUtd almost done. Confirmation might not be today but Jose has got his 'number three',

Valerenga 0-1 Manchester United

United, although scrappy in the last 15 minutes or so, deserve to lead. They've dominated possession throughout.

GOAL - Valerenga 0-1 Manchester United

Marouane Fellaini (44 mins)

A bullet header off the big hair of Marouane Fellaini, from a pin-point cross from Mkhitaryan, puts the Premier League side ahead in Oslo.

It look like it may have taken a deflection on the way in, mind.

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

Marcus Rashford goes into battle with Jonatan Tollas in the left-hand corner.

The Valerenga defender thinks he's won the tete-a-tete, but the ball finds its way to the edge of the area where Juan Mata has a go, but his shot his blocked.

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

Henrikh Mkhitaryan finds space on the left and crosses the ball into the box. He picks out Daley Blind, but the Dutchman's flick doesn't quite work and his effort flashes across the face of the goal.

Meanwhile, Marcus Rashford is down injured after a collision with Enar Jaager. It looks like he's holding his lower back.

The United youngster is taken off for further treatment but he does return to the field, albeit gingerly.

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

Another spell of possession for the boys in blue. Ernest Agyiri darts forward into the final third but he's dispossessed by Pogba.

United try and open up some space in midfield but Valerenga have got everyone behind the ball and the visitors can't break them down.

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

The crowd have woken up now as Valerenga enjoy a rare bit of possession.

They can't do anything with it, though.

FYI you might recognise the Norwegian side's manager - it's former Celtic boss Ronny Deila.

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

Marcus Rashford tries to capitalise on a loose ball which falls in his path just outside the box but his snapshot goes wide of the post.

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

Paul Pogba tries to curl in a right-footed effort low from distance. It's really bending, but the goalkeeper has it in his grasp.

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

You could hear a pin drop at this match.

There are just a few odd voices shouting random words every now and again.

It's quite eerie.

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

Henrikh Mkhitaryan links up well with Paul Pogba in a nice United passing move, but the Armenian lets fly with a wild effort which goes well wide of the target.

Mkhitaryan then goes to ground after clashing knees with Ernest Agyiri. It looks like he'll be able to continue, despite persistent wincing.

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

Who wants to discuss Manchester United's new kit?

It's a grey-silver tone, reminiscent of that awful one they had in 1995-96. Wasn't that cursed?

It's not cast a spell on the team so far - they're playing much better than the hosts. Marcus Rashford causes trouble on an attacking run into the box but Valerenga's defence clear their lines.

Fellaini off?

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

If you believe today's reports in the papers, midfielder Marouane Fellaini has agreed a deal to join Turkish side Galatasaray from Man United.

The 29-year-old Belgium international has less than a year left on his contract at Old Trafford.

However, he's in the starting XI today. Make of that what you will.

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

Paul Pogba takes a free-kick which he sends straight into the wall, but he has a go from distance with the follow-up and hits the woodwork!

That properly clattered the upright.

Valerenga 0-0 Manchester United

Meanwhile, over in Oslo, Henrikh Mkhitaryan has gone close for Manchester United, after being set up by Juan Mata.

There's 11 minutes on the clock in their friendly against Valerenga, but no goals as yet.

Arsenal 1-2 Sevilla

Arsenal are beaten but they add the Emirates Cup to their trophy collection...because they've scored more goals over the two fixtures. Sevilla are the only side in the competition to win both their games, though.

Got to love the pre-season rules.

Arsenal 1-2 Sevilla

Alex Iwobi tries to dance into the box. The ball falls to the feet of Aaron Ramsey, who lofts it over to Mesut Ozil, but the Arsenal striker can't get the right touch on it from close range and the Gunners settle for a corner, which comes to nothing.

Time is nearly up.

Arsenal 1-2 Sevilla

If Sevilla grab a late goal here they will get their mitts on the Emirates Cup for the first time.

We're heading into injury time...three minutes of it.

Arsenal 1-2 Sevilla

Aaron Ramsey receives a lovely pass from Cohen Bramall but the Wales midfielder's effort shanks wide of the woodwork.

Sevilla then go on the attack - Carlos Fernandez's lay-off falls into the path of Bramall who ushers the danger away.
