Despite the earlier excitement of seeing Leon Britton take charge of his first game, the Swansea fans have become much quieter at the start of this second half.

Perhaps that is a sign of the apprehension which has gripped the Premier League's bottom side of late.

The Swans have had plenty of possession but have yet to trouble Palace.

If it was quiet among the Swansea fans before that goal, Milivojevic's penalty has really killed the mood among the home crowd.

By contrast, Palace's supporters are having a great time - dancing and chanting 'Zombie Nation', a favourite among fans of Wales' national team.

In Loftus-Cheek, Zaha and Townsend, the Eagles have the three best attacking players on the pitch. Seems like when the breakthrough comes it'll be via one of them.

Differences in Swansea's play

Swansea 0-0 Crystal Palace

Chris Wathan has followed Swansea City for many years as a correspondent for Wales Online.

'There’s definitely a difference in this Swansea side with a far greater tempo to things, both with the ball and the way they are snapping into tackles and sprinting to break up play,' he writes on their website.

'Britton has got them playing higher up the pitch too which is showing some threat and it’s been refreshing to see Carroll and Clucas linking with attacking players more, with Narsingh benefiting and impressing.

'That said, with Abraham not making the right runs as yet, it’s still failed to produce a shot on target and it’s Palace who have looked more likely to score.

'Regardless, there;’s a good desire about the side which is bringing a response from supporters and should ensure confidence remains for the start of the second-half.'

Swansea 0-0 Crystal Palace

Nice play from Wilfried Zaha, who tees up Andros Townsend in the area with a back heel but he can't keep it in play and Swansea press.
