Italy's Gabriele Rossetti won Olympic gold in the men's skeet shooting with a dramatic win over Marcus Svensson.

The 21-year-old triumphed 16-15 as his Swedish opponent, 26, missed the final target of a high-quality final to finish with the silver medal.

Independent athlete Abdullah Al-Rashidi beat Ukrainian Mikola Milchev 16-14 to take the bronze medal.

American two-time Olympic champion Vincent Hancock failed to make it out of qualifying rounds.
