Grainger balancing injury and urgency
- From the section Rowing
British rower Kath Grainger says with 100 days to go until the Olympics she will be balancing the need to stay injury free with stepping up her training ready to start the racing season.
Grainger says with the countdown now underway it is time to "step-up performance levels" and adds that she and her double sculls partner Anna Watkins are "exactly where they want to be".
The pair are current world champions and Grainger is a three-time Olympic silver medallist.
