Leeds Rhinos forward Carl Ablett to serve one-game ban
Leeds Rhinos forward Carl Ablett will be banned for one game after failing to overturn his suspension.
Ablett, 25, appealed after being found guilty of making a dangerous tackle in Saturday's 38-28 defeat at Hull KR.
He was accused of "using his body forcefully to bend or apply unnecessary pressure to the head, neck and spine" of Hull KR forward Rhys Lovegrove.
And the Rugby Football League has maintained the ban, a £300 fine and ordered him to surrender a £200 bond.
