BBC Sport - SLS2: Does disciplinary process need a refresh?

Does disciplinary process need a refresh?

Wigan skipper Sean O'Loughlin's one-game suspension for a Grade C high tackle has ignited the debate around the Rugby Football League's punishments for on-field infringements.

O'Loughlin received a ban shorter than guideline length after submitting an early guilty plea, which is available to players without a citing during the previous 12 months on A-C charges.

Panellists Eorl Crabtree of Huddersfield Giants and Wakefield coach Chris Chester join Super League Show presenter Tanya Arnold to talk about the process and how it could be improved to help player welfare.

This week's SLS2 also features the try of the week and some 2006 highlights from the archive when Wakefield and Castleford met in the original '£1m game'.

You can see the Super League Show every Monday night in the north of England on BBC One, the nationwide repeat follows Tuesdays on BBC Two while the show is available all week on the BBC iPlayer.
