Nottingham's Martin Halsall retires from front row
Nottingham prop Martin Halsall has had to retire from front-row rugby because of a neck injury.
The 26-year-old's future in the sport is still unclear although he is considering trying to switch positions and play in the back row.
Director of rugby Glenn Delaney said: "He'll be a big loss to the position and we're all grateful for the brilliant role he's played."
Halsall only joined the Green & Whites from Sale Sharks in November.
