Baxter on 'special' Chiefs culture

Exeter Chiefs boss Rob Baxter says the club - from the office staff to the players - has developed a special culture which has helped it thrive in the Premiership where other newly-promoted clubs have struggled.

Speaking at his induction into the Premiership hall of fame, Baxter told BBC Points West he has a strong "emotional tie" to the club he represented on the field for 14 years before moving into coaching.
