Ospreys ran in five tries as they completed their pre-season with a 33-16 victory against Saracens at the Honourable Artillery Company in London.

Dafydd Howells scored two tries with Kristian Phillips, Tom Grabham and Nicky Smith also touching down.

Flanker Jackson Wray scored the home's side's only try.

"I'd say that it was a pretty reasonable night's work for us," Ospreys head coach Steve Tandy said,

"There were a lot of positives for us but we can't lose sight of the fact that Saracens are at a different stage of pre-season to us."

Ospreys begin the Pro12 season away to Ulster on Friday, 4 September and host Munster in their second game at the Liberty Stadium on 13 September.

Saracens face Northampton Saints, Worcester and French side Aurillac in friendlies ahead of their Premiership opener against Sale Sharks on Saturday 17 October.
