Humphreys urges Ulster not to panic

Ulster fly-half Ian Humphreys urges his team-mates not to panic but to "stay positive and learn to look after the ball better" in Sunday's European Champions Cup pool game against Oyonnax.

Humphreys, who has seen just over 80 minutes of action in competitive rugby this season, praises the performances of fellow number 10 Paddy Jackson and centre Luke Marshall, who has shown signs of returning to his best form in recent weeks.

Oyonnax beat Stade Francais in a Top 14 match two weeks ago and Humphreys warns that the French side will be "a very proud team at home, who are going to be very physical".
