Ulster fly-half Paddy Jackson is targeting victory over leaders Leinster on Saturday to boost hopes of making the Pro12 play-off semi-finals.

Ulster wing Tommy Bowe is ruled out of the Irish derby because of a knee injury while Nick Williams has played his last game for province - the number eight, who will join Cardiff next season, is set to have shoulder surgery.
