Welsh rugby pre-season fixtures guide
Wales' top rugby teams will be bidding for Pro12 and European honours in the coming campaign.
Scarlets will lead the way as the nation's only team in the European Champions Cup.
Ospreys, Newport Gwent Dragons and Cardiff Blues will compete for the second-tier European Challenge Cup.
The Pro12 will continue in a format that includes four teams each from Ireland and Scotland with Italy providing Treviso and Zebre.
And the Anglo-Welsh Cup returns after being shelved for 2015-16 because of the 2015 World Cup taking place.
Before the competitive season begins with Pro12 games on the weekend of 2-3 September, Wales' regions will warm up in these friendlies:
