Rhys Webb: Ospreys hard work paying off - Wales scrum-half
Ospreys scrum-half Rhys Webb says the team are reaping the benefits of their pre-season work after maintaining their unbeaten start to the season.
Ospreys are top of the Pro12 after a 32-11 bonus-point win at champions Connacht.
Webb scored two tries as Ospreys secured a second successive win.
"The boys have had a good pre-season and worked extremely hard on their fitness, skill set and accuracy," said the player who led them in Galway.
"They've had long days and are playing some good rugby."
Tyler Ardron and Jeff Hassler also scored tries with fly-half Sam Davies kicking 12 points.

Ospreys' win over the champions, who lost their second successive home game, came after a thumping win over Zebre on the opening weekend.
"We knew it was going to be a different challenge coming out here against Connacht after they went down quite badly to Glasgow," Wales scrum-half Webb added.
"We knew it was going to be a different challenge, but all credit to the boys.
"The forwards laid a great platform for the backs to play some rugby.
"We played some good rugby in the first half against the wind and we knew we had to keep hold of the ball and play some good rugby.
"We're not too happy with the way we started that second half, but all credit to the boys for staying in it for the full 80 minutes and coming away to a difficult place and getting that fourth bonus-point try."
Ospreys host Treviso in the third round on Saturday.
