Former Ulster centre and BBC Sport NI analyst Maurice Field says players must adapt to a new directive from World Rugby designed to eliminate potentially dangerous high tackles.
Ulster back-row forward Sean Reidy received a yellow card and a penalty try was awarded for an offence under the new guidelines in Friday's Pro12 defeat by the Scarlets.
Scarlets second row Jake Ball was also yellow-carded for a high tackle two minutes later.
