Scottish 800m runner Lynsey Sharp has set a new lifetime best for the second time in three days at the European Athletics Premium Meeting in Prague.

Sharp improved on her time of 2.02.48, which she ran on Saturday, to finish second to Ukraine's Anastasiya Tkachuk in the Czech capital with a time of 2.01.98.

The 20-year-old from Edinburgh, who was Scotland's only athletics medallist at the 2008 Commonwealth Youth Games, is close to reaching Olympic qualifying time.

Fellow Scot Eilidh Child set a season's best of 55.82 as she finished fourth in the 400m hurdles.
