Watch Michael Phelps make history as he wins his 23rd World Championship title to take gold in the 200m butterfly in Shanghai for a record fifth time.
Phelps becomes the first man to win the same World Championship event five times.
Phelps, who is yet to reach the form which saw him win eight gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, finished ahead of fastest qualifier Takeshi Matsuda from Japan and China's Wu Peng.
