Jersey's tennis team are confident of winning medals in every event they enter at this summer's Island Games, insists team member James Faudemer.

Faudemer claimed the final place in the island's tennis team after winning a qualifying tournament in April.

Jersey's men won and silver in the 2013 team event with James Connelly getting singles bronze.

"Everyone's pretty confident of medals in all the different events," Faudemer told BBC Radio Jersey.

"Looking at the squad that we've got at the moment, I think we've got a strong team," he added.

"People like Scott Clayton are playing full-time and going really well on the tour."
