BBC Sport - Paralympian Josie Pearson explains sport switch for Rio 2016

Pearson explains sport switch

Paralympic discus champion Josie Pearson tells BBC Wales Today's Ashleigh Crowter why she has switched from athletics to hand-cycling before the 2016 Games in Rio.

The Briton won gold in the F51/52/53 discus, and broke the world record three times, at London 2012.

Discus is not part of the Paralympic programme for Rio and Wales' Pearson says the change to a different sport has significantly altered her training regime.
