Wales' Duane Jones and Gareth Allen have come through qualifying school to win places on the World Snooker circuit for the first time.

Jones, 22, from Mountain Ash, Rhondda Cynon Taf, practices with fellow Welshman and world number 20 Ryan Day.

Allen, 26, from Flintshire practises with the likes of world number 10 Ricky Walden.

Daniel Wells, 26 from Neath, has also come through qualifying to return to the tour after a year's absence.

All three will now compete on the main tour in the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons.

The first ranking event of the 2015-16 season is the Australian Goldfield Open, which starts in Bendigo, Victoria, on 29 June. The qualifying rounds for that tournament start in Crawley on Monday.
