Wales netball suffered a third straight defeat to South Africa in their tri-series Tests in Durban.

South Africa won the first Test 63-43 on 17 June before winning the second Test 64-45 in Durban on Saturday.

In the final Test, Trish Wilcox's side took an early lead but South Africa rallied to record a 64-50 victory.

Prior to the final defeat, Wilcox said their second Test loss "was an improved performance," on Friday's opening 20-point loss to the Rainbow Nation.

She added, "Certainly the structures and systems that we had talked about taking into the second game we did put in play."

"During the [first] two test matches we've been in and out," Wilcox continued, "At international level it's about putting together a sixty minute performance."
