Ofcom - the independent regulator and competition authority - has launched a review on the future of public service broadcasting (PSB) in the UK. The BBC has been listening to and engaging with our audiences and the creative community to gather a broad range of views on the subject.

The BBC has published its response and contribution to the Ofcom review of the future role of public service broadcasting. Through engagement with audiences
and comprehensive research the submission looks at how PSB can rise to the challenges ahead and best serve the needs of its audiences in the future.

Alongside the Creative Lecture series, Human Capital conducted a survey of 34 creative leaders. Their responses are published in a book called The Creative Perspective: The Future of PSB.

The BBC invited leading figures from broadcasting to speak and to share their views - Sir David Attenborough, Stephen Fry and Will Hutton. The lectures, which were delivered in London and Manchester and chaired by Kirsty Wark, are available to read or view by clicking on the WATCH buttons above.
