South Africa's stunning landscape beckons camera-clad globetrotters every year.

Don your safari suit and strike a pose amid picture-perfect scenery with this week's escape from Go Africa Adventures.

Get a 12-day tour of South Africa, including round-trip international flights between JFK and Johannesburg, plus round-trip domestic flights from Johannesburg to Cape Town; private airport transfers; ground transportation; air and lodging taxes; and four-star lodging with breakfast in Cape Town on days two through four ($7,195).

Hit the runway at JFK, where you'll fly to Cape Town via Joburg. Enjoy a tour of Cape Point before hopping on the Table Mountain Aerial Cableway for a photo op unlike any you've ever experienced.

You'll stay two nights at Waterfront Village, a hip hotel with five swimming pools and a private beach.

Day three, you'll be booked for a trip via a privately guided four-wheel-drive vehicle to Stellenbosch, where a wine tour and tasting awaits. Spend the night at Bellevue Manor, a boutique wine farm estate with a quaint collection of Cape Dutch-style cottages. Each sumptuously appointed, air-conditioned room comes with a queen-size bed, en suite bath, television and mini-bar, and boasts a private patio with eye-popping views of the vineyards.

Day four takes you up the penguin colony-dotted coastline to the historic fishing village of Hermanus, where you'll stay for two nights at the Harbour House Hotel. Each chic, modern room is appointed with a plasma TV, satellite cable, wi-fi and air-conditioning, along with white cotton bedding and bathrooms with marble and granite finishes.

Hermanus is home to the best land-lubbing whale watching in the world. If you travel between June and December, you'll be treated to a boat excursion. Or, satisfy the thrill-seeker inside of you and go cage diving with the Great White sharks in nearby Gansbay.

On day six, journey back to Cape Town, where you'll jet up to Waterval Boven for the safari side of your escape. Enjoy a one-night stay at the luxurious Malaga Hotel before heading into the bush. Along with a pool, jacuzzi and sauna, each room comes with air-conditioning, TV, radio and a private balcony with gorgeous views of the Drakensberg Mountains.

Come day seven, your first of many Big Five drives commences. A privately guided vehicle will wind you up the famed Panorama Route into Kruger National Park, where you'll stay two nights at Satara Rest Camp. Known for its rustic charm, Satara is said to be the best base camp to sight lions, leopards, elephants and cheetahs.

You'll spend all of day eight among the enchanting wildlife within Kruger National Park. As the oldest wildlife sanctuary in South Africa, this protected paradise is home to the most diverse cross-section of mammals anywhere on earth. Go for an early-morning bush walk, afternoon game drive, or moonlight safari drive, where you'll experience an entirely new kind of catwalk. (Morning and afternoon game drives are included, while bush walks and night drives cost extra.)

On day nine, delve even deeper into the bush as you head from Satara to your next stop, Skukuza Rest Camp. At the largest camp in Kruger, you'll be in the thick of all the Big Five fun, while still feeling safe within your rustic cottage or bungalow accommodations. Go for a game drive or bush walk before bunking down for the night, where the symphonic howl of hyenas will remind you just how far from Milan you are.

On your last day in the bush, you'll stop at Elephant Whispers for an elephant ride, followed by an interpretive show. Then, spend one last night at the Malaga Hotel before journeying back to Johannesburg, where you'll have a day at leisure before flying back to JFK.

Forget the red-velvet rope of Fashion Week — with this week's escape, you don't have to be a supermodel to get into the hipp-o-est place on the planet.
