After a few days in Buenos Aires, the local diet of steak and wine may have some travellers yearning for a little exercise.

exercises, gymnastics and Olympic lifts within the setting of Bosques de
Palermo, one of the city’s most gorgeous parks.
No outdoor element is off bounds, with trees, benches,
hills and roads all used in workouts. The program is a great alternative to
your typical hotel gym, and the park provides a welcome escape from the chaotic
streets of Buenos Aires.
Led by United States expat trainers Percy T
Croffle-Siame and Max Rodman, both former college athletes, the small group classes
provide an opportunity to meet other travellers and
locals. The workouts – no two are the same -- are open to all levels and
abilities, and last anywhere from five minutes to 45 minutes.
Classes are daily except for Sundays and cost $15
