Episode 18 - Singapore’s luxurious casino resorts

In 2005, the Singapore government gave the go-ahead for two huge casino resorts – a controversial move in a country where gambling had been illegal. Today, Marina Bay Sands is a luxurious world of fine dining, high end shops, Broadway shows and infinity pools. We go behind the scenes with executive chef Christopher Christie, who is responsible for 60 restaurants within the resort.
