Heavy, thundery showers on Saturday afternoon and evening have the potential to bring torrential rain, hail and frequent lightning.

  2. Yellow warning of rain

    1200 on Sun 28 May
    To:
    1600 on Mon 29 May

    Warning

Further areas of heavy rain will spread north-eastward through Sunday and into Monday, with some locally torrential downpours and thunder possible.

This could result in some disruption, with sudden flooding of roads, transport routes, homes and businesses possible locally. However, given the hit and miss nature of the heavy rain and thunderstorms, many places will likely see little or no impacts.
