Temperatures will remain below average with widespread frost at night. Highs in the range of 3 to 7C (37 to 45F) Lows for most in the range of 2 to -4C (36 to 25F) but potentially colder in rural areas and where there is snow cover.
Rainfall
Rain across southeast England will ease during Sunday night but still the risk of patchy rain here on Monday. Snow showers in northeast Scotland on Sunday night will move south into northeast England on Monday. A band of rain, sleet and snow will spread southeastwards during Monday night and Tuesday with more rain, sleet and snow spreading in from the west on Tuesday night.

Winds mainly from the north and moderate to fresh at times, particularly in the north and on exposed coasts.
