Today, Doug and Rasha investigate why the Bangladeshi police force is trying to make itself look smarter. The police force in Bangladesh is aiming to become one of the best looking in the world. It has appointed one of the leading experts on beauty in Bangladesh. Kanis Almas Khan, who runs beauty parlours in Bangladesh, will advise on what officers wear, and how they present themselves. The aim is that the officers should look well groomed, and beautifully presented when they take part in international events or operations.
Personal hygiene, physical fitness, and skin care are to be taught to new recruits when they are trained.
The training does not stop at physical appearance. Diet and dining etiquette are considered equally important.
Both men and women recruits have shown interest in the lectures on smelling good. These advise on what aftershave and perfume should be worn.
Men have shown more interest in this than women.
