The clip could be used to help introduce food chains. Children could research about local birds in the environment and identify their food sources and create simple food chains. They could consider environmental impacts on the local habitats and how this can affect food chains and ultimately birds in the local area. From this, children could create posters or write letters explaining the dangers of littering or pollution on the local wildlife.
