The structure and formation of the Moon and why human life would be unsustainable there. Three actors play the parts of the Moon, the Earth and the Sun: introducing themselves, describing their relationships with each other and explaining their distance from each other.
Watching the clip would provide a stimulus for discussing orbits of planets and linking this with the apparent movement of the Sun in the sky. This could also link in with a topic of work on seasonal changes and how the weather alters throughout the seasons on Earth. Choose an area of the school to study over the year and take photos at each seasonal change, to demonstrate how plants, weather etc. alter over a period of time.
