Whilst learning about circuits and electricity, this clip could be used to share examples of how a simple circuit can be used in toys and games. As a homework activity, children could be asked to find games, toys or cards which use a simple circuit and bring them to school. During a subsequent session, children could conduct an investigation into the games, toys and cards with the aim of ending the session with offering a scientific explanation about how the circuit works in the object which they brought to school.
