Can be used as a starting point for a topic on variation and how animals are suited to their environment. Watch the clip with the children and question them to check their understanding. Allow the children individually, in pairs or small groups, to choose one of the animals featured in the clip. Using papier-mache, junk modelling, clay or other forms of media, allow them to recreate their chosen animal and create an ‘under the sea’ class display with fact cards about each animal using facts gathered from the clip.
