Coconut flour recipes
Coconut flour is made from dried coconut flesh that is then ground. It is gluten-free, high in fibre and low in carbohydrates. Coconut flour is great for gluten-free baking, though it will add a slight coconut flavour to the food. It's largely available in health food shops and in most large supermarkets.
Coconut flour can be stored in an airtight container or in the fridge. If being stored for an extended period, coconut flour can be kept in the freezer.
