Pasta bows with olives, mozzarella and peppers

Ingredients

  • 200g/7oz farfelle
  • 1 garlic clove
  • small handful fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 50g/2oz olives, stones removed, roughly chopped
  • 1 ball mozzarella, torn into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 baby red peppers from a jar, sliced
