Rwanda: Uko Yoga yabaye umuti, akazi, n’inzozi bya Aline Mazimpaka

Aline Mazimpaka, ari mu batoza bakuru mu rwego rw'impamyabumenyi mpuzamahanga mu gutoza Yoga b'abanyarwanda bakorera mu Rwanda.

Gutangira byari bigoye kuko yayitangiye ari mukuru n'umubiri we utaratojwe imyitozo ngororamubiri akiri muto.

Avuga kandi ko byamugoye kubera imyumvire y'abo basengana bamubwiraga ko Yoga ari ugusenga shitani.

Aline Mazimpaka w'imyaka 33, avuga ko hari abanyarwanda batazi Yoga ari yo mpamvu hari abumva ko ari ugusenga shitani, we avuga ko ahubwo Yoga ifasha abasenga Imana gusenga neza kurushaho.

Mazimpaka yatangiye gukora Yoga mu 2010 ubwo yigaga mu ishami ry'ivugurura mibereho (social work) muri kaminuza y'u Rwanda i Butare.

Umuti wavuyemo akazi

Mu 2014 Aline yabonye 'bourse' yo guhugurwa ku rwego mpuzamahanga muri Kenya aho umushinga Africa Yoga Project uhugura abo muri Afurika kugera kuri urwo rwego.

Yagarukanye mu Rwanda impamyashobozi (certificate) nk'umutoza mpuzamahanga, atangira gutoza abantu benshi cyangwa umuntu umwe umwe mu rugo rwe, bakamwishyura.

Avuga ko kuva mu 2016 hari umunyamerikakazi wamweguriye kompanyi yitwa "Yego Yoga Rwanda", kompanyi igamije inyungu yo gutoza Yoga.

Inzitizi z'imyumvire ko ari kuramya shitani

Mazimpaka avuga ko yakuze akunda gusenga kandi n'ubu abikora, ariko yinjiye muri Yoga yahuye n'inzitizi nk'umukobwa nanone nk'umunyamasengesho.

Ati: "Urabona siporo ntiyari umuco ku bana b'abakobwa, inzitizi ya mbere nahuye nayo ni ugutangira imyitozo ngororamubiri ntakoze nkiri muto, byarambabazaga ku mubiri ariko ndahangana ndabikora.

"Iya kabiri ni uburyo abantu, n'abo twasenganaga, bambwiraga bati 'uri gukorana n'amashitani', iyo ni inzitizi ikomeye cyane nahuye nayo.

"Hari abantu [mu Rwanda] babona Yoga nka 'evil warshiping'. Ibi byatumye nkora amahugurwa menshi cyane n'ahantu henshi ngera na Thailand no mu Buhinde ngira ngo nigishe ibyo nzi niboneye".

Avuga ko yasanze Yoga atari ikintu kibi ku iyobokamana ko ahubwo ko ari ikintu buri wese usenga Imana ashyize mu buzima bwe buri munsi cyamufasha gusenga neza.

Ati: "Kandi nanjye ubu iyo ngiye mu misa numva ari ho ndi koko, n'imisengere yanjye ubu irimbitse kurusha mbere kubera uko kuri namenye".

Yoga si ibyiza gusa

Malick Niyomugabo umaze imyaka itandatu akora Yoga, yabwiye BBC ko ari imyotozo imaze guhindura imitekerereze ye mu buzima n'umubiri we icya rimwe kuko ayikora neza ayitondeye.

Ati: "Ushobora kuyijyamo ariko ntigufashe kuko utozwa nabi cyangwa ukora wizigama, ariko iyo wirekuye ugakora Yoga iguhindura umuntu mushya imbere muri wowe n'inyuma, byambayeho".

Kuri Ituze Mindfulnees and Yoga Centre bahatangira amasomo ya Yoga, uwitabiriye agatanga icyo afite ashoboye ku bushake (donation).

Ati: "Ikindi kintu dukora gihuje n'intego yanjye nari mfite nk'umunyarwandakazi utoza Yoga kwari ukuyigeza ku bandi banyarwanda.

"Nyuma y'ibyo tujya ahandi kwigisha abadashobora kugera i Kigali, abadashobora kubona n'iyo 'donation' cyangwa abafite ubumuga batabasha kugera aho dukorera ku Kimihurura".

Mazimpaka avuga ko abitabira benshi bakiri abanyamahanga kurusha Abanyarwanda nubwo ari ibyabo, ko abanyarwanda bitabira nabo abagore bakiri bacye.

Aline avuga ko Yoga yahinduye ubuzima bwe mu mpande zose ubu akaba yifuza kuyigeza kuri benshi kugira ngo nabo ihindure ubuzima bwabo.

Ibindi bisa n’ibi
