Hare-haren masu ikirarin jihadi da 'yan tayar da kayar baya su ne babbar matsalar da ta fi addabar Yammacin Afirka, a cewar shugaban Najeriya Muhammadu Buhari.

Buhari ya bayyana haka ne a lokacin bude taron shugabanni da ministocin yankin kan magance matsalar masu tsattsauran ra'ayin Islama.

Taron shugabannin kasashen ECOWAS na 56 na zuwa ne yayin da damuwa ke karuwa a tsakanin mutanen yankin game karuwar hare-haren.

An fara taron ne da yin shiru na minti daya domin juyayin sojojin Jamhuriyar Nijar 71 da mahara suka kashe a farkon watan nan na Disamba.

Ana sa ran a karshen taraon shugabannin za su sanar da matakin da za su dauka domin kawo karshen matsalar wadda ta yi sanadiyyar mutuwar sojoji sama da 300 baya ga fararen hula masu dimbin yawa.

Karuwar hare-haren masu da'awar jihadi masu alaka da kungiyar IS, ya sa shugabannin Afirka ta Yamma na fuskantar karin matsin lamba daga cikin gida da kasashen duniya.

Amurka da Burtaniya sun ce daukar matakin soji kadai ba zai magance matsalar tsaro a yankin ba.

A lokacin babban wakilin Majalisar Dinkin Duniya Muhammad Ibn Chambas ya ce daukar matakin soji kadai ba zai kawo karshen matsalar ba. Don haka san an kara dagewa domin inganta yanayin rayuwa a yankin Yammacin Afirka.

Shugaban Faransa wanda zai kai ziyara a Nijar ya ce an kashe mayakan jihadi 21 a Mali. Faransa na taka muhimmiyar rawa, inda ta girke dakarunta guda 4,500 a yankin Sahel domin yakar maharan.

Taron shugabannin yankin na zuwa ne jim kadan bayan Amurka da Burtaniya sun soji kasashen yankin da gazawa wurin yin abin da ya dace domin kawo karshen ayyukan masu tsattsauran ra'ayin addini a yakin.
