Wata kotu a Najeriya ta yankewa wasu mutum biyu hukuncin daurin rai da rai, bisa kai hari da bama-bamai da su ka yi a babban birnin kasar Abuja a shekarar 2010.

Mutun goma sha biyu ne suka mutu a harin wanda a ka yi yayin bikin cikar kasar shekara 50 da samun 'yanci.

Daya daga cikin wadanda a ka yankewa hukuncin shi ne Charles Okah, dan uwan mai fafutukar yankin Neja Delta, Henry Okah.

Charles dai yana daure ne a gidan kaso a Afirka ta kudu bayan da wata kotu a kasar ta kama shi da laifin sa hannu a kai harin na Abuja.

Alkalin da ya yi shari'ar Justice Gabriel Kolawole, ya bayar da hujjar cewa shaidun baka da wadanda ke rubuce da gwamnatin tarayya ta gabatar wa kotun, sun nuna cewa mutanen na da hannu a harin na Oktobar 2010.

Kazalika mai shari'a Kolawole ya ce wadanda ake tuhumar sun gaza bai wa kotu wasu kwararran hujjoji da za su nuna cewa ba su da hannu a lamarin.

A watan oktobar 2010 ne ma'aikatan tsaro a Najeriya suka kama Charles Okah a birnin Ikko, bisa zargin samu hannu a hare haren bama bamai da aka kai a birnin Abuja ranar daya ga watan Octoba.
