Kungiyar Global Witness mai yaki da cin hanci da rashawa ta zargi wadansu bankunan kasar Burtaniya da karbar miliyoyin daloli daga 'yan siyasar Najeriya wadanda ake zargi da yin sama-da-fadi da dukiyar kasa.

A wani rahoto da ta fitar, kungiyar ta ce bankunan—Barclays, da HSBC, da NatWest, da Bankin Royal na Scotland—sun karbi kudaden ajiyar da ke da ayar tambaya a kansu daga tsofaffin gwamnonin Najeriyar su biyu tsakanin shekarar 1999 da kuma 2005.

Rahoton ya kuma zargi hukumomin Burtaniyar da gazawa wajen daukar mataki a kan bankunan.

A wata hira da ya yi da BBC, Robert Palmer, wani jami'i a kungiyar, ya yi bayanin abubuwan da rahoton ya kunsa.

“Abin da ke damun mu a kungiyar Global Witness shi ne yadda bankunan ba sa bincike sosai don tantance irin harkokin da abokan huldarsu ke yi.

“Misali, Bankin Royal na Scotland ya budewa tsohon gwamnan Jihar Bayelsa, Diepreye Alamieyeseigha, asusun ajiya, kuma a cikin shekaru biyu kacal, aka tura fam miliyan biyu da dubu dari shida cikin asusun.

“Fam miliyan daya da dubu dari biyar daga ciki kuma cin hanci ne da wani sanata ya bayar don a ba shi kwangila.

“Abin da nake son sani shi ne bankin ya san wanene abokin huldar sa, kuma ya fahimci dalilan da suka sa aka tura masa wadannan kudi kuwa?”

Da aka tambayi Mista Palmer ko akwai hujjar da ke tabbatar da cewa wannan kudi cin hanci ne, sai ya ce:

Najeriya ta yi nasarar gabatar da bukatunta a gaban kotunan Burtaniya tana neman a maido mata wadannan kudade.

“Wato gwamnatin Najeriya ta zo Burtniya, ta je kotu ta ce ‘muna so a dawo mana da kudadenmu’.

“Sai alkalin ya ce ‘haka ne, wannan kudi dai na Najeriya ne’, kuma aka mayar mata su.
